Bolat Asanov – FIDE observer, the chairman of IV World Blitz Chess championship appeal committee. Kazakhstan chess federation’s delegate in FIDE, International grand-master, international arbiter. Honored couch of RK and Russia. Candidate of historical science, full member of chess and checkers arts academy in St. Petersburg. Member of CK FIDE (1994-1998). FIDE delegate in IOC (2006-2008). He was one of the trainers and seconds of 14th world champion Alexander Khalifman. Also was assistant of the world team’s captain, which first time in history beat Russian team in 2002. Inspite there were Kasparov, Karpov, Kramnik, Khalifman in Russian team.
